Home visits assessment including but not limited to: nursery, feeding/ nursing areas, pumping, sleeping comfort
Physical Therapy Evaluation
- Posture with corrective suggestions (includes baby wearing when applicable)
- Breathing with corrective suggestions
- Pelvic floor muscle assessment (external) with corrective guidance
- Pelvic floor muscle health, coordination & function (internal upon request)
  - Releasing pelvic floor muscle tension when indicated
  - Teaching pelvic floor muscle lengthening, stretching, strengthening & control strategies
- Scar tissue care for pelvic muscles, organs & prior surgeries (Cesarean, perineal & abdominal) including mobility evaluation & treatment (external & internal) with guidance on self care
- PRENATAL: Hands-on assessment & treatment of pelvic bones, uterine ligaments & pelvic floor muscles to facilitate optimal alignment, coordination, strength & function for birth
- POSTPARTUM: Hands-on assessment & treatment of pelvic bones, ligaments, organs, scar tissues, & muscles to facilitate optimal coordination, strength & function for postpartum recovery & healing
- Diastasis recti evaluation
- Hip flexibility with corrective exercises
- Home exercise program including general activity guidance
- Equipment suggestions (Including but not limited to SI belts, abdominal binders, supportive taping techniques, foot orthotic devices, exercise equipment or self massage tools)
- Screening for supportive services (Including but note limited to pelvic physical therapy, chiropractic, massage therapy & fitness)
Birth team collaboration when indicated
