Dr. Meagan Peeters-Gebler DPT, CSCS, CMTPT-DN, PCES
Meagan founded Connected Core Physical Therapy & Wellness LLC to improve access to high quality & holistic physical therapy care. She has a special interest in supporting hopeful, new & expecting mothers prepare for/heal from birth. She aims to help her clients connect with their bodies in order to move well & be well whether for pregnancy, motherhood, life or sport.
Meagan has developed a uniquely holistic & individually attuned approach to body-work, breath-work & movement. Connected Core uses gentle hands-on techniques, guided breathing & mindful movement to align, balance & support the body's innate ability to move, heal & be well. |
She believes one of the greatest barriers people encounter before receiving physical therapy is that they believe they must have a problem before they can be referred or benefit from care. Preventative & proactive physical therapy care is the responsible & obvious choice for those looking for optimal health, an empowered birth, symptom prevention & whole body wellness,
Prior to starting Connected Core Meagan developed pelvic health programs for multiple practices creating access to pelvic health services at a dozen locations across Wisconsin. She has mentored numerous pelvic health therapists along the way. Through this she has gained clarity in what matters most...time with you, the client, finding the root cause & working on the whole person (mind & body!). This is only possible outside the boundaries & limitations insurance companies impose.
She prides herself on the ability to make difficult things easy to understand, making connections in complex situations, listening to her clients & developing a creative solution. For many it's the first time they have been able to tell their entire story & the first time they have felt hope that they can feel better. Her clients come to know and appreciate her phrase, "It's all connected."
An avid runner and triathlete, she has trained for & raced 25 years of events including 2 Ironman distance triathlons (140.6 miles), over a dozen half-iron distance events (70.3 miles) & The Escaping Alcatraz Triathlon. She loves helping moms finding their way back to the movements they enjoy, especially running! You can find Meagan spending time with her family & as much time as possible out in nature.
